"I was with state farm for 18 years and this branch didn't contact me when my auto pay card didn't go thru, they just mailed me a letter and then dropped my insurance after 14 days. When every other state farm agent has always called. Half assed customer service. I'm now paying double for lapsed insurance because these guys couldn't call me to let me know. I drive a very expensive vehicle so it makes it much worse. 18 years and these guys made me drop state farm. To top things off they had a Card on File that was good the whole time!!! Couldn't even call to say hey Paul can we run the card we have on file your payment didn't go thru."

"Bought both auto and renters insurance through this office from Sept 2024 to June 2025. I decided to cancel in June as their insurance was double what the other company offered. Today is Sept 17, 2025. I haven't received the refund checks yet. It has been 3 months since the cancelations. After 3 months of waiting, I was told to contact State Farm myself after 5pm to talk with billing department directly. Incompetent at its best. Do not recommend this office. You can find the same coverage for half of the cost."
